At PCBanado.pk, we try our best to make sure every customer receives the correct product in proper condition.

2. No Change of Mind Returns

PCBanado.pk does not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.

This includes cases where:

  • You no longer need the product

  • You found the same product cheaper elsewhere

  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake

  • You do not like the product after receiving it

  • The product was purchased as a gift and is no longer required

  • The packaging has been opened

Please confirm product details, compatibility, price, and availability before placing your order.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

To process the case:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 working days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be available

  • Clear pictures and unboxing video may be required

After review, PCBanado.pk may arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

4. Product Not Matching Description

If the product received does not match the description shown on our website or confirmed by our team, you may contact us for review.

The claim must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.

The product should be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original condition

  • With complete packaging and accessories

Once the case is verified, we will guide you regarding the next step, which may include replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

5. Damaged or Dead on Arrival Products

If your product arrives damaged, non-functional, or dead on arrival, please contact our support team immediately.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order number or invoice

  • Clear pictures of the product and packaging

  • Unboxing video

  • Details of the issue

  • Any error message or fault proof, where applicable

After inspection, the product may be replaced, repaired, refunded, or sent for warranty claim, depending on the product type, condition, and supplier/manufacturer policy.

6. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening

  • The shipping label, where visible

  • The product inside the package

  • Accessories included

  • Any damage, missing item, or wrong product

This helps us verify claims quickly and fairly. Claims without proper proof or unboxing video may be difficult to process.

7. Warranty Terms

Warranty is provided according to the brand, distributor, supplier, or manufacturer’s warranty policy.

PCBanado.pk will help customers with warranty claims where applicable, but the final decision may depend on the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer.

Warranty may cover manufacturing faults only, subject to inspection and approval.

Warranty does not usually cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Burn marks

  • Liquid damage

  • Broken parts

  • Misuse or mishandling

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Damage due to power issues

  • Missing serial number or warranty sticker

  • Products used outside normal operating conditions

  • Issues caused by not following manufacturer guidelines

8. Warranty Claim Requirements

To claim warranty, the customer must provide:

  • Valid invoice or order confirmation

  • Complete product with original packaging, where required

  • Accessories included with the product

  • Clear details of the issue

  • Pictures or video proof, where needed

The customer must stop using the product once a fault is noticed to avoid further damage.

9. Original Packaging

For many products, original box and packaging are required for return, replacement, or warranty processing.

Products sold in branded or sealed packaging must be returned with their original box, accessories, manuals, and labels.

Claims without original packaging may be rejected if the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer requires it.

10. Replacement and Refund

Replacement or refund is only offered after the product has been inspected and the claim has been approved.

Depending on the case, PCBanado.pk may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Repair

  • Store credit

  • Refund

  • Equivalent product, if the same product is unavailable

Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be from our side.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and case approval.

11. Warranty Processing Time

Warranty claims may take time because products often need to be checked by the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer.

Estimated processing time is usually 20 to 30 working days, but it may vary depending on the product, brand, and nature of the issue.

PCBanado.pk will try its best to keep you updated during the process.

12. When Claims May Be Rejected

A return, replacement, or warranty claim may be rejected if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse

  • The product is physically damaged

  • The product has liquid damage or burn marks

  • The product was opened, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized person

  • The serial number, warranty sticker, or label is missing or damaged

  • The product is incomplete or missing accessories

  • The original packaging is missing where required

  • The issue is reported after the allowed claim period

  • The claim does not meet supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warranty terms

  • The request is based on change of mind
